What You'll Need

• 1 Mince Recipe Mix sachet
• 450g beef mince
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 large baking potatoes
• Grated cheese
• Spring onion, sliced
• Sour cream, to finish

Method

1. Bake the potatoes until the skins are crisp and the middles are fluffy (oven, air fry or microwave-then-air fry to speed it up).
2. Meanwhile, fry the onion, brown the mince, then add the sachet and water as per the pack. Simmer until rich and saucy.
3. Split each potato down the middle and fluff the inside with a fork.
4. Pile in the savoury mince, top with cheese, a dollop of sour cream and a scatter of spring onion.

Serve while everything's hot and the cheese is melting into the mince. Weeknight dinner sorted.
