Creamy Chicken Recipe Mix

What You'll Need

• 1 Creamy Chicken Recipe Mix sachet
• 2 chicken breasts, diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 300g penne or linguine
• 150ml cream
• A handful of spinach (optional, but lovely)
• Ketchup and mayo, as per the pack
• A splash of oil
  

Method

1. Get your pasta on to boil in a separate pot of salted water.
2. Fry the onion in a little oil until soft. Add the chicken and cook until sealed.
3. Add the sachet, water, ketchup and mayo just as the pack says. Let it simmer and thicken.
4. Stir through the cream and the spinach. Let the spinach wilt down.
5. Drain the pasta, tip it into the sauce, toss it all together.

Serve in warm bowls with a grind of black pepper. That's a special little Cooked & Ate sachet turned into a proper family dinner. 🇿🇦
